Custom beachfront pickup/drop off service is a luxury offered to our guests based on sea conditions and is not guaranteed. Customers may be required to commute to our alternative boarding location. Change of operation location and boarding location will not permit refunds.

Tours are approximately 90 minutes long (unless you have privately reserved the boat for a longer time). During this 90 minute boat tour, we will explore the waterways looking for dolphins & wildlife, then we stop at a sandbar only accessible by boat where you can explore, look for shells & learn about small crabs & shellfish. Our 30 passenger fun boat is equipped with a restroom, padded seats & full shade for your comfort. Food & drinks are welcome!

All riders MUST sign the liability waivers attached in the confirmation email prior to boarding. Parties that fail to sign the liability waivers prior to their reservation time do not have permission to board. Unsigned waivers will not remit refunds or reschedules.
All riders should be in waist deep water and at least 30 feet from the shore line for banana loading.

Island wide parking can always be a challenge. We recommend guests arrive 30 minutes before their tours during high season or use our free trolley system which stops right at Bridge Street.

Almost certainly no! Even people who claim to be very susceptible to seasickness don’t have issues on our boat. TheHarbour Runner is a very stable pontoon boat and the waters we are in are generally calm. If for some reason you do feel sick we can take you back to land but we are confident that won’t happen.
Requests to reschedule your reservation must be made at least 24 hours before your charter is scheduled. Please note, cancellations or changes may only be made by phone. Email, Voicemail, Text, or otherwise is not acceptable to change an existing booking
We see dolphins approximately 99% of the time so we hope you do on your tour. We always see some sort of wildlife whether it’s dolphins, manatees, rays, fish, birds etc. If you don’t see dolphins on your tour we will do our best to accommodate you on another tour free of charge!
Our capacity is 30 passengers and 2 crew, this includes infants and children under 3.
All 30 passengers on board the vessel can sit in padded and covered seating.
Yes, we do have a marine head (bathroom).
Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks including beer, wine, and liquor. We always recommend you check out AMOB on the Pier!
We can accommodate most people. Access to the boat is by low angle ramps and short steps. Please inform us ahead of time if you or a member of your party has mobility issues and we will make sure we can accommodate them.
Absolutely! We take pride in making all our tours fun for passengers of all ages. Kids get to wear Captain’s hat and sit at the helm under the supervision of the Captain. It makes for great pictures and the kids love it!
